PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order Placement

You may drop a message in our inbox or send email to mymamashop@yahoo.com.sg and indicated below information:
a. Item name or design
b. Size, if applicable
c. Quantity
d. Your name
d. Mailing address
We will send a reserve confirmation to your inbox or email and let you know the total payment of your orders including postage. Your order will be reserved for 3 business days for payment upon our confirmation. We regret that order cancellation or change is not feasible once it has been processed and sent out.
All items are priced in Singapore dollars and items shown are subject to availability.
Please refer to each item for the available sizes and measurement, if applicable. It is best to take measurement for clothing size due to different child development.
Delivery
---------
Your item will be mailed out via local post if no delivery preference is given. Please note we shall not be liable for lost of parcel through normal mail.
Thus, registered mail is highly recommended. The additional charges would be S$2.25 on top of the local charges.
You may choose other option of self-collection which arrangement could be made separately.
Exchange and refund
--------------------------
We value our customer satisfaction and therefore customer service is our priority. However, as all items purchased are from our overseas agent, items sold are non-refundable. You may bring to our attention of any product issues in order for us to feedback to our agent.
An exchange is possible only if we have delivered the items with different color or sizes than your order. Additional postage charges will be imposed if customer would like to exchange for different color or size. All exchange is to be informed within 2 days upon receipt of goods. It is customer’s responsibility to return goods for exchange in good condition.
Please note the color of actual product may differ slightly from the picture shown due to lighting effect and screen resolution. We shall not be responsible for the slight differences.
A full refund of payment will be made if the item is not available after payment or customer wishes to withdraw before the order is processed. This does not applicable to pre-order event due to commitment to supplier.
